Holiday Card information!

Do I know you? Do you want to get a card this holiday season? You're in luck! All you have to do is provide me with the following information and you should hopefully receive a card! The comments here are screened so your info won't be posted for all to see.


<b>Name: </b> To whom should I address the envelope to? And the card itself if you'd prefer a different name in there. Also maybe give me like a plurk name or character name so that I really know who I'm talking to <b>Title preference for the envelope:</b> Mr, Miss, The Amazing, whatever! <b>Address:</b> Office, home, doesn't matter! Just makes sure you actually put a real one down here. Preferably space the lines how they should be on an envelope. <u>Please include country if outside of the USA </u> <b>Country:</b> If you're out of the USA put it here again because I can be really dumb and miss things sometimes <b>Holiday(s) you celebrate:</b> Boxed cards tend to focus on Christmas, so if you celebrate one that isn't that I don't want to give you a card that doesn't reflect your beliefs if I can help it. <b>Other notes:</b> If there's anything else I need to know, put it here!
